E-COUNSELLING through RISE is a confidential process designed to help you address your concerns, come to a greater understanding of yourself, and learn effective personal and interpersonal coping strategies. It involves a relationship between you and a trained practitioner who has the desire and willingness to help you accomplish your individual goals.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All interactions with the e-counselling services at Connect Psych Services including scheduling of or attendance at appointments, content of your sessions, progress in e-counselling, and your records are confidential and stored in a application within our military grade practice management ecosystem.

Your consent is required to share relevant data, such as the intake form, with your practitioner team only. This will be used for the sole purpose of communication and providing appropriate therapy specific to your situation. No identifying data is shared with your employer.

Why do we ask for Medicare details?

Connect Psych Service is able to provide Continued Care through ongoing Psychology support after your company sponsored session are used. Your Medicare details are kept secure and only used in the event should you wish to seek a Mental Health Care plan as part of Continued Care.
